In What If Season 3’s First Trailer, a Storm Is Coming

Marvel and Disney+ have simply launched a trailer for the third and closing season of What If…?, and it appears to be like like the Watcher is asking some fairly surprising questions this time round. Take a look:

Along with a Wild West journey with Shang-Chi and Kate Bishop (why not, proper?), we get a newly revised Avengers group forming an enormous mech robotic à la Mighty Morphin Energy Rangers; an interstellar Darcy/Howard the Duck team-up; and most excitingly of all, Storm of the X-Males (voiced by the animated collection/X-Males ’97‘s Alison Sealy-Smith, no much less) wielding Mjolnir because the Goddess of Thunder! And from the appears to be like of issues, her involvement could result in some form of battle towards the Watchers, themselves (to not point out that enormous octopus monster bleeding in from one other dimension—Shuma Gorath, maybe?).

Judging from the trailer, these “quite a few others” embody, however are on no account restricted to, Nebula, Moon Knight, Dormammu, Yondu, Kahori, the Eternals, Ying Nan, White Imaginative and prescient, Korg… truthfully, with the cel shading it’s somewhat tough to distinguish a few of these characters other than one another at first look (their options are simply too symmetrical!), however there’s extra MCU lore to explode and dig round in than Speedball’s final go to to Stamford, Connecticut.
